02The Role
Own the visual identity of SmiloShine and upcoming Novateor brands. Your work will live on product packaging, Amazon listings, Instagram feeds, and retail shelves across India.
03Key Responsibilities
- Design product packaging, labels, and cartons for new launches
- Create e-commerce creatives: Amazon A+ content, listing images, Shopify banners
- Produce social media graphics, reels covers, and campaign creatives
- Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta and Google performance campaigns
- Create print and POS material: brochures, danglers, standees, dealer kits
- Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint; evolve the brand guidelines
- Basic motion graphics / video editing for ads and reels (a strong plus)
04Skills & Competencies
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma, After Effects / Premiere a plus
- Strong grasp of packaging design, typography, layout, and color for FMCG / D2C
- Ability to convert briefs into scroll-stopping creatives, fast
- Portfolio demonstrating packaging and e-commerce work is mandatory
05Qualification
- Degree / diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience; FMCG / D2C / agency background preferred
